My name is Alexander Fuentes I am an certified personal trainer with certifications in exercise therapy, sports nutrition and a current AED and CPR certificate.
I have been into fitness for more than a decade. I have been through many ups and downs during my fitness journey and suffered some injuries along the way which led me into getting in sports rehab. Through college and experience in different types of exercise and human biomechanics I was able to gain knowledge and apply them not just on myself but also towards my clients. I want to share this with you in order to give a brief insight and understanding in the level of fitness experience that I have under my belt. I do have many amazing highlights along the way. This includes being more than 200 pounds overweight to having self discipline in working with my nutrition to being able to compete in bodybuilding. I have worked with coaches over the years and have built relationships with many fitness enthusiasts and professionals. I decided to take the path of a personal trainer in order to help people with little to no knowledge about fitness or just anyone who wants to live a healthy lifestyle. If we go into the science and breakdown different diets and training there is just too many. I know everyone is different which is why Im here to find what works best for every individual that decides to train with me.
